Our luxury portable toilet units are delivered to your event location using a 4×4 vehicle, at a pre agreed time to suit you, ready for your event. Typically we deliver a day or two prior so everything is in place in good time ahead of your event starting.

Depending on availability we may be able to deliver at short notice, however, due to the popularity of our luxury loo trailers it is best to book your luxury toilet as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

We accept payment by BACS transfer. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days before the delivery date.

Yes, our luxury portable toilets run off a single 13 amp plug, this is to run the water pumps, lights etc in the luxury unit.

Or we can plug straight into a generator via a c-form single phase connection (16 amp).

We will bring both cables so we can work with whichever you have available.

A quote will be provided including the full hire period, plus delivery and collection to your location.

The luxury portable toilets units come stocked with toilet tissue, paper hand towels, luxury hand soap and lotion.

The luxury toilet units are designed for a single day event, if however you are having an event over several days, then servicing / emptying may be required, there will be an additional charge for this which we will be happy to quote for if needed.

We are more than happy to carry out a pre-site visit if required to ensure we can get the luxury toilet unit to your desired location.

When our luxury portable toilet units are on hire at your event, it is your responsibility as the hirer to insure all equipment is safe and secure when on hire, and that the full value of the equipment is insured for the full duration of your event.

We recommend you take out specialist ‘Event Insurance’ as this will cover everything you have on hire.
